<p>Yesterday I was served like a queen by Nontsikelelo. My decoder was not reading my smartcard. I had already been to an installation store in my area and their service was pathetic. I was told by the staff there that my services were not paid. They didn't even want to test the decoder.</p> <p>I decided to call the Multichoice Call Centre and I spoke to Nontsikelelo who was so full of life even when she was on duty on a public holiday. I swapped my decoders with the help of Ntsiki. We went through ALL the troubleshooting steps available.</p> <p>Ntsiki even told me about the Explora Package which I would like to sign up for an d then get Xtraview for my daughter's room. Her service was more than SUPERB. This is the type of service that one expects.
