I just want to send my heartfelt appreciation to your Consultant Mr Sakhile Thabethe. He is more than a Consultant, his assistance is so exquisite and over the top. He is the right person who knows what a Consultant is. I am so happy about his service. He deserves ACCOLADES. Much appreciation to him. He also saved me money because 3 minutes before calling .DSTV again, a lady Consultant who answered the phone was so rude and hung up Immediately after telling.me I should get a Technician to fix my DSTV connection. I did not get the name, she did not even explain why I should get a Technician. I want her to apologize for her rude, unprofessional behavior. Please track her, she is going ro destroy the reputation of the company. She must be taken ro a Customer Service Training. She should look up to Sakhile Thabethe on how to take care of a customer.
