The basics should be basic
Hi DSTV. As with many others, I see resorting to Hellopeter as a last attempt to have my incredibly simple query resolved. I have wasted many hours dealing with your agents with mind-blowingly poor results. Your system, nor your agents, are able to simply update my debit order details to avoid the hack of having to make an EFT payment every month. My customer number is ***. If you want to retain an account, please contact me to resolve what should be a very simple issue.

To set up a debit order, please log in to the MyDStv app and follow these steps:
Go to Manage.
Select Billing Options.
Choose Debit Order.
Proceed to add your banking details.

Please get get your most competent staff member to call me and resolve the issue. I'm sure you can agree, I do not feel like continual back and forth over Hellopeter for days is the most efficient method for either of us.
