I had a new DSTV system installed. However, the installer was giving me hassles because no payment would be made by DSTV until I activated my account.

I emailed DSTV and told them that I was unhappy and I am prepared to cancel. However, to my pleasant surprise, Nkhensani Mahwayi from DSTV contacted me and resolved this issue. As I was not home at the time, she called my Wife who was home, to insure everything was in order.

I am shocked at the efficiency in which Nkhensani handled my issue, as I have not experienced this with DSTV before.
