that's what i call service!
I would like to give credit where its due.i spoke to Luleka yesterday to change my initials as they were visa versa on my statement of which she did,unfortunately she couldnt send me pdf,but she went an extra mile for me,thank you to the enquiries dept who sent me the attachment within 24hrs.that was wonderful.I thank you kindly!
