Thanks Londie Khumalo and Inos (Randburg dispatched) for an excellent custormer service

<p>After been approved for a price lock R539 package, an incomplete parcel was delivered by a courier company. By imcomplete i mean No remote control, no power supply and the other two cords. I reported the matter to Multichoice on the same day but little did i know that i wil be given a runaround by the call centre staff and some Andile guy at price lock department who does not know what he is doing. Last time i spoke to him he advised me to call the installer to do the installation and i will have to control the sytem manually whilst still waiting for the outstanding parts including the remote to he deliver. I did as i was told not been aware that the power supply was one of the missing parts. Installation was performed but the system was od now use to me because there was no power supply.After nearly two weeks of suffering(calling multichoice) every day i decided to visit the Durban branch of Multichoice on Smith street To purchase a power supply. There i met LONDIE KHUMALO one of the managers. She borrowed me a power supply and escalated my fustration to INOS who is based in RANDBURG (DISPATCH). Between the two a new complete parcel was delivered within two days. I never phone them in the two days because they called to update me of progress. Thank you very much Londie and Inos.</p>
