I just wanna say, im usually angry when i call Multichoice but today i finally finished a call with a smile, spoke to an agent named Mazwi, he said he was in a Durban Mount Edgecombe branch, i was frustrated coz my decoders & he assisted me with such patience and he was very knowledged on what he was talking about, he helped me fix 2 decoders at the same time and he sounded happier than i was with the decoders working again, what a beautiful soul. Multichoice need more agents like him. Super smart guy, well spoken too. Keep it up, Mazwi you are a start!!!
