THANK YOU FOR GOOD SERVICE
Baekinkosi was the first person in months at Multichoice (DSTV) to fully understand my problem and to resolve it. He truly took the time to make sure that I am able to connect and disconnect services via the internet and he even confirmed that by asking me to test the changes. If he was the person answering my call last year a lot of time and money could have been saved by both multichoice (DSTV) and myself. Get him to train some of the other operators.
