Thank you Dstv for making look like a fool

I paid my DSTV and internet on the 29 February 2024 already but my internet still off 12 days later been whtsaaping calling emailing them since the 1st of March with no help at ,1st they just said 3hours they going to allocate the data then it was 12 hours now they only thing they telling me since Friday is that they escalating the matter since then internet still off now one is saying anything i must phone everyday or email or sms , I have the screen shot since the 1st of March and the call records including email , they just don't care . I didn't even work this month since i work from home and the weeks cant do my work .
