I would just like to thank Damion (Eastern Cape DSTV Branch) (he didn't want to give me his surname) for his excellent service and help this afternoon. My DSTV decoder wasn't working for a couple of days. No agent was able to help me. I was forced to take my decoder in to get it updated which also didn't work. No one was really willing to help me. Out of pure frustration and desperation I decided to phone in for a last time before cancelling my subscription. Damion answered and at that time I was honestly not a very happy customer. Damion kept his cool and helped me in a respectful/professional manner. He also initially didn't understand why my decoder didn't work but went the extra mile and sorted it out!!
