Thank you Basetsana (DSTV Multichoice)
On Sat evening (26 Dec, around 18:50) my wife Nosipho was assisted by a consultant named Basetsana, to resolve connection issues we had. She was polite & courteous as well well professional and knowledgeable. She was patient while we were trying to follow her instructions. Kudos to her and we hope she receives this message.
