I have been a subscriber for over 30 years and have never come across a company whose staff are helpful, friendly and as professional as them I would like to give a shout out to Siyabonga Masondo who had lots of patience helping me with a problem with my decoder this morning. He spent 20 minutes walking me through how to solve the problem in an encouraging way. Thank you so much as I was sure I would need a new decoder. Thanks keep up the amazing work.
