Thank Noxolo

Just received exvellent service from a call centre agent named Noxolo. She was very patient and took time to listen and understand the problem and did everything she could to sort it out. Her professionalism was a relief after being frustrated the whole day by 4 other agents who all left me hanging and told me they were 'escalating the issue and that they will call back within 2 hours' Nobody called and the last guy switched off all my other subscriptions( i have 4 subs on one account). Thanks Noxolo i hope your good service gets recognition
