Terrible & Very Unhelpful Agent

I dealt with a customer care agent that put me on hold for more than 40 mins. I eventually hung up. His name was Nkosi. He was not knowledgeable at all. Kept asking me the same questions without taking the time to understand what my issue was about. Pathetic and useless service to be honest. DStv is fast showing itself to be a non-factor where viewing and customer experience are concerned. Just dreadful. Were it not for my family, I wouldn't even have it.
