TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!

I want to start by saying that I don't even think this company deserves a rating!!! *********** staff members were sent to our house looking very unprofessional charging us a total of R1700 to install connectors, on top of that they wanted to charge an extra R350 for the call out which I refused to pay, the connectors didn't work AND that wasn't needed ALSO removing all the applications from the smart TV that should have been used to complete the installation of the DSTV. When asked to come back promises was made that went on for about a week, when they did come it was Friday after 6:30 in the evening, they eventually pitched up at an appropriate time, but just before load shedding started saying they will come back but still haven't. The two guys that was there didn't seem to care. I fixed the problem myself along with the help of our IT guy from the company. I will never recommend them to anyone. I myself own a business and you should never underestimate how powerful word of mouth is!! EXTREMELY upset and disappointed!!
