Terrible streaming and app service

Over the last three weeks specifically i've really struggled with your online streaming and the supersport app. The supersport website is extremely slow (tonight i've waited 20 min and am just watching my browser trying to load your page) and on the odd occasion i managed to select a game to stream, the video never appears. The app constantly shuts itself down and kicks me out and then when i try to log in it tells me that there is an error with the connection or just does nothing.<br> <br> i stream a lot and this is getting increasingly frustrating. what's the point in offering this service if it's got so many problems. Of the last 4 football matches i've tried to watch, i've seen half a game (tonight - the app shut down just before half time in the Man Utd game)<br> <br> Your online chat facility is useless because the site is so slow and when i have ever managed to get through, someone introduces themselves and than that's the end of it.<br> <br> I'd love a response, I honestly feel like this part of your service is just getting worse and worse...<br> <br> Please don't tell me that there must be an issue with my internet, I have a 10MBs fibre line and the only problems I have are with Supersport, nothing else!
