Terrible service with multichoice

I am struggling for the entire week to cancel my dstv. They tell me thatthey can't cancel. Thye will escaltw it. Now I call again then they tell me they will disconnect it and then in payment date 17they it will disconnect. My debit order date is the 3rd so now why all of a sudden my payment date is the 17th. I told her I want it canceled now. She said she can't I must go to multichoice to cancel. We pay for dtcv if we want to cancel what is it to them. Why must we suffer..
