Terrible service when trying to open a new account!!!

I have never had a DSTV subscription. I have been trying to get the RWC pricelock premium package for two weeks now via the website and via sms. No one has called back for vetting or an update on my application. I called in to the Customer Care Centre and consultants are either unaware of the promotion or do not know why no one has called and keep escalating the matter. An account was created for me over the phone, because the consultant didnt understand my query.
