Terrible Service (Upgrading acc without my consent.)

After my hello peter complaint dated 24/06/2022, nothing has been done, just empty promises. Please sort out this matter please. Below was your response and nothing has transpired. Acc ***5. You are more than welcome to debit my account for Compact Plus
