Terrible service, robbing customers!!
I am Utterly disgusted with the service I have received from dstv Multichoice. I have purchased a decoder with a free 1 month compact subscription. ONE MONTH FREE SUBSCRIPTION!!! I looked at my account and DSTV says I am owing them R194! What nonsense is this? Are you guys promoting wring and trying to rob me?
If this is not sorted out by today I will contact my lawyers!
I have spoken to a consultant on Saturday 11 Feb 2023 and he advised me that the accounts dept will sort this out by Monday 13 Feb 2023. Nothing has been done and today is 17 Dec 2023. You guys are terrible!!!
