Terrible service no feedback multichoice

E 30 error code still no response from multi choice error still back on i am not paying for service that not working i want full refund on dates it not working useless speaking to help desk coz they waste half hr then say they will speak to team leader fix error my surprise error back on again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disappointed again multichoice
