Terrible Service.... No feedback

<p>Most terrible service i have ever received. I phoned in to DSTV for assistance, was requested to send through documentation via email and will have it sorted immediately, I do so and i am still waiting for a response, I phone in the second time again to find out what’s going on just to be told i need to do the same story again, put down the phone and still waiting for the second agent to email me regarding this matter. Really poor poor service DSTV, really expected more from you.</p>
