TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM NANDIPA AT DSTV CUSTOMER CARE!!!!

All i want to do is reactivate my account for 3 days in a row & they just keep telling to call back the next day, finally i get through to Nandipa, she asks for my details & puts me on hold for 20mins with no reason, i had to put down call again & then got assisted.
