Terrible service from DSTV (Multichoice)

I was experiencing problems with my DSTV decoder and went to the multichoice office in Umhlanaga at the beginning of September 2023 . The consultant who helped me asked me if I wanted to upgrade my package so that I get extra view, which came with a DSTV Ultra decoder. I upgraded and he promised that the decoder will be delivered by the end of the first week in September and an installer will phone me to do the installation. This was not done. I made numerous calls to the call centre without success and eventually sent an email to 6 October 2023 and was again promised that the issue will be resolved. It is now 19 September 2023 and I am still waiting for someone from Multichoice to help. Multichoice however do not care because they started deducting my upgrade amount. What is troubling is that I have been with Multichoice for more that 20 years and am treated with disdain...as if I do not matter. It is a pity that there is no competition to Multichoice or would have moved already.
