Terrible service from Dstv multichoice

Dstv(multchoice) is the worst service provider that one could ever ask for.They only care about payments made which they never get right. I was asked to make a payment of 7**.00r which I did only to be today on my next date of payment that the previous amount charged was wrong.(who's fault is that..what happened to consumer rights) when I asked these questions I was told that Dstv is wrong but you need to make the payment, how rude.Showmax,Netflix maybe is the the way forward..I will never recommend Dstv if anything I will forever speak ill f them. Terrible,shocking service from Dstv.Lusanda was my consultant on the 16th of march.
