Terrible service from DSTV

Sold my DSTV decoder and I called DSTV for them to remove the decoder under my name to give the other person to use the decoder. They tell me I have to do a change of ownership which involves copies of ID etc. What is the use of the call center then, not all of us have access to these walkin centres.
