Terrible service from DSTV and their installers

This ia the worse company ever. I wish that there is competition for DSTV tgen maybe they will lift their service. They know that they are the only options so dont car about service or after service like with installers. I battled 6 months to get a price lock. After so many times then they say decoder is delivered at my house but no one was there.....hallo people actually do work during the day. Then the next thing no it os with the installer. BMB aerial and satelite in Jeffreysbay confirms that it is not with them. After a very long time ok the decoder gets delivered. This is my second problem. Pathetic service from installers. Again no one else do the dstv installing in Jbay so no competition so they dont care. They came to do the price lock thing. So that means new dish and decoder and up to 80m for the setup. So they got there the first time and put up new dish. Could not connect new decoder. Ok then the next Wednesday they brought decoder again. Then they didnt have the other tools for the rest of the setup. Then THEY said they will be at my house today at 14:30. I ended up calling them and ask where they are. They are busy. I took of from work but again nou service. Now I need to make an arangement again. Please can you rate you service installers or just give someone lese the opportunity to do a better job.
