Terrible service from dstv

I called the dstv customer care for assistance to cancel my contract, I spoke to Mpumelelo, who then told me that his manager will contact me back, nobody said anything about their systems being down, so I waited for his manager Refilwe to call me back which till now she hasn't, I decided to call them back, the lady at customer services didn't even know their systems were down, she in turn put me thro to cancelations again were I spoke to Tlangelani who tells me their system is down, then I asked for a manager again and Refilwe then says she's in a meeting, why wasn't I advised on my 1st call that the systems were down and there's no managers available to assist clients? This is very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with, amazing how dstv expects us to be patient for our money but they are never patient for our payments, absolutely disgusting treatment of customers, y'all should be ashamed to call this customer service, please refund my R414.21 and cancel my services!
