Terrible service from DSTV
I am so disappointed in the service of dstv, my dish is still not installed. I bought the dstv explora ultra with installation in January 2021 but still not a single response to my queries everytime they escalate my query but no one comes back to me.
I will have to cancel my subscription if this is how they treat their customers.
