Terrible service from DSTV

I'm really disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor level of service and courtesy from Multichoice.

For the whole month of February literally from the first week of this month, I have been calling, using whatsapp and their website to try and get a PVR decoder that is on special om the compact package which goes for R450x24months on price lock.

I have had endless promises from their help desk that SOMEONE would call me in 48hrs to assist with the purchase of this product. To date theres has been no call and not even a bother from them i have no idea what else i have to do, i have waited on one too many 48hr promises, I have even went to the extent of asking for the sales departments number causr maybe they don't have airtime and I'd more than gladly use mine.

Now I'm afraid that this offer might end soon and I would have missed out on this deal due to this incompetence and disregard for their clients.

Can someone please assist me in this regard because I've truly had enough of this.
