Terrible Service for New Customer

I have tried to sign up to DSTV streamer since Sat, using your WhatsApp communication tool is terrible, agents are poorly trained and not at all helpful. I was told to expect a phone call to sign up, still waiting for the call. Logged another request today and had to repeat everything I did on Sat.
