Terrible service

Hi was confused with my next payment date contacted one of your operators and was told my amount due was firs 46...then 165....and now 219.....i was told its pro rata dates.... DStv Compact Subscription R 81.8 DStv Compact Subscription R 95.43 DStv EasyView Subscription R 29 How in the hell am i being charged 2 pro rata amounts from 25 june to 4th july......after i confirmed 3 times to ask if my amount is 46 and the operator confirmed it i got screenshots of all the chats where it says the amount so waaate hell is going on now if it continues like this my dstv acount needs to be removed/cancelled everything
