Terrible service

I have paid my dues last month on the 28th for DSTV stream, however the channels was suspeded since that day and they were fixed today which i have only left with four days for them to deduct money again from account. When i asked if there is nothing they could to reimburse me for the days that i was not able to view all the channels I was told that they do not that meaning i have paid for nothing.
