Terrible service
We app**** for the price lock decoder with a new decoder. I was promised delivery and installation on 18 March. I was informed that if nobody is home i will.be cherged a cancellation fee. I cancelled all my plans to.be home for the installation. Nobody pitched on 18 March.
I was then promised that someone would come out on 24 March. Again nobody pitched.
I received an SMS on both days to say that someone would come out but nobody came out.
Im really disappointed with this poor service.
