Terrible Service DStv Business

So Sunday Evening I sent my DStv Business Contract as requested to DStv Business. Received few emails regarding the the contract and they said my request is completed. So I followed up during the week because my DStv was still not activated. So trying to follow up about the activation but no reply to non of emails that I've sent. Finally I got hold of someone that high up @ DStv Business and asked for me to forward all emails to him. Which I done and all he rep**** please assist activation. They sent me email to send a completed Business contract. Which I sent again them. It's Friday afternoon still no activation. Been trying to contact him his phone just rings. Looks like only Sunday you can communicate with DStv. We run a Sports Bar and No one can watch the Rugby because of DStv. I mean you can expect terrible service from DStv them self but not the Business Section. Terrible service!
