Terrible service

I recently got an email advising that Showmax pro (a Multichoice product) is coming to an end, you cannot subscribe to it from end Sept and viewing ends end October, however my account was debited on the 17th October so I got to the chat to request that the subscription be converted to Dstv streamer instead since my account was debited, I spoke to Tiisetso who was not helpful at all, he kept asking if I'm still there.... If as a customer qI choose not to subscribe to a service because it's coming to an end on your side surely a conversion or a refund should be possible
