Terrible Service

They deserve no star at all, terrible service I've been phoning in for the last 4 weeks with no help regarding my account and service, consultants say they'll get someone to call me back to explain or resolve my issue and no one ever does, I've been charged R1900 on my account and no one can explain, every week I'm disconnected with no explanation, I'm very disappointed at the Services consultants put me on hold for a very long time and then the phone gets disconnected and no one gets back to me, I've taken up their price lock promotion and they said installation free but I'm charged for that as well, false advertising
