Terrible Service

Terrible service from DSTV. I a subscriber for DSTV for quite sometimes. This year i added the Internet on my package. Since January i have been fighting with them for Deactivating my Decoder even though payment is made. DSTV service has become the worst i have ever experienced in years. Their fees are so inconsistent , one minute your bill is R20 ,the next minute is R500. It is clear that DSTV is making money by cutting and charging reconnection fee in order to make profit out of customers. Currently i am disconnected regardless of the proof of payment sent to them. Strange enough i was told i must pay R500 reconnection fee on top of the R4579 already paid. The amount was paid on the 15th March same day the service was suspended. This has become a norm for DSTV, they are taking customers for a ride, It high time that this madness come to an end. DSTV need to rectify their system which is erratic and causing a lot of pain to many customers.
