Terrible service: Cannot change annual subscription to monthly subscription!

<p>Have requested this twice. In second year, I stayed on my request and insisted. Thrice, things have gone wrong and after 2 months they eventually reimbursed me and emailed saying I would be charged monthly going forward, One month later, this has not happended and I have been charged for an annual charge again!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Useless account services!</p>
