Terrible service by multi choice

Dstv is the worst I was at a holiday home for 4 nights and they charged me for a whole month and now they disconnected my dstv when I phone them the agents cannot help me I must wait for the financial department to contact me I cannot phone the finance department and it is gone 2 days and no one contacted me and i am still disconnected very bad service by multi choice
