Terrible Service By M Electrical

Prince installed the DSTV dish for us. When we got home and saw that the dish is very low. We phoned to query and he said that my brother in law had told him to put it where the old dish was. <br> <br> My mom was speaking to him and he told her that she would have to pay a call out fee and this upset her as it was not done properly the first time. I then spoke to Prince and he told me that this is what my brother in law told him to do and he would not have done it otherwise. I told him that there is other holes in the wall showing where the dish was so I don't understand what he is talking about. It was obvious he did not check properly. He told me I must pay for his \PETROL"for him to fix this problem! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!! He also did not call and set up the DSTV for us and said we would need to do it ourself. I have never heard of this before when buying a new decoder. Prince said he would call back and never did. I want this problem resolved as it is a hazard. I feel ****med by DSTV and you are trying to get more money from us for PETROL and CALL OUT FEE. I feel like reporting you due to the Consumer Protection Act.
