Terrible service

Very useless *********** staff, something i have experienced numerous times with this company. I have lost count on the number of times that i called to get help but to date no feedback has been provided.

Spoke to a Jodi Adams who happens to be one of the supervisors from a Cape town branch. She gave me a *** after i complained about an incorrect billing and package and promised me someone will call me back within 24 hours. its well over a week and no response from multichoice.

It seems that multichoice has now normalised giving its customers a bad service because this matter has been going on for some months. It is not the first time that i have lodged a complain on hello peter and they never even bother responding to these reviews.
