Terrible service and unresolved queries
After speaking to two people on the online chat, Bongane Hlatshwayo and Nonyameko Jack who promised me my query has been resolved, I had to phone the company just to find out that these two people did not log my query at all. Every person I speak to advises on a different process to follow in order to resolve my query, and no one gets back to me.
