Terrible Service and Poor Staff

I am disgusted and appalled at the service I have received from Dstv over the last 3 months. I called this week and dealt with an agent by the name of Lesegi who refused to let me speak to her manager or supervisor and kept me on hold indefinitely. The initial reason I called was because my account balance is incorrect. I was trying to sort out the account balance because when I went on the app which is completely useless it gave me one account balance and today the account balance has gone up again and i am so confused i have no idea what i need to pay etc.

I had to call back and spoke to Mandla the supervisor and he promised to sort out my issue and call me back in 20 minutes and 3 days later I am waiting for Mandla's call and my account balance has gone up.

I feel sick at the thought of paying another month for the worst service I have ever experienced.
