Terrible Service and No Signal – Don’t Waste Your Money on the Platinum Cover

Whatever you do, don’t take the Platinum Cover! My decoder has had no signal, and dealing with Multichoice has been a nightmare. The consultants don’t seem to know what’s going on, I was told an installer would come out, but I have to keep calling for updates. Every time I call, I’m either put on hold forever or transferred from one person to another with no real help.

This is not the level of service you expect when paying extra for Platinum Cover.
