Terrible Service and Expensive

You pay so much money for repeats, no new movies or shows. Catch up does not have the episodes in sequence and i contacted DSTV and complained about a show and the episode aired and was missing from my catch up. All i was told it to restart or it was low signal. Why must i continu to support DSTV for this terrible service and no help? Very Disappointed!!!
