terrible service and channels that wont play

<p>since sunday 26 february, we have been experiencing channels that are not playing. on the channels that are not playing there is an E48-32 notification. ive contacted mukti choice multiple times and een engaged them on their facebook page to no avail. im frustrated and angry.</p>
