Terrible service and bunch of ****s.

Extremely bad service, i requested an upgrade to DSTV compact package on the 08/01/2024 but still the compact channels were not working, phoned back and asked for the error to be cleared and it was still not working and i eventually asked for the package to be returned back to access effective immediately, it showed that i was on access but strangely now i am charged for the Compact package which was not working and the access package.

its time i part ways with them. Their service sucks, no care for customers or whastoever and the consultants keeps saying im sorry for the inconvenience as if thats a solution.
