Terrible service “always get streaming limit reached”

Horrible service. Pay a lot every month and keeps getting “streaming limit reached” for hours a day despite the only device trying to stream. Waste of money to be honest. Dstv will help to resolve issue by deleting all device but the next day it just happens again. Dont know why theres not a way to reset steaming on app.
