Terrible service AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
This is becoming really annoying because at the beginning of every month, without fail I get an error message that my service is currently scrambled on my Walka. It's not a problem with my area or connection because I only get this error at the beginning of the month even though I have paid my account. Self service is useless because it never works and I even performed a factory reset and it's still not working. I was told to take it to a store to have it checked out and I was told there's nothing wrong with it so why every month do I have to struggle with DStv when I'm paying for a service?!

You need an adequate signal strength to watch TV with the Walka. Follow these instructions to check the Walka signal strength:
- Press Menu.
- Scroll to Settings and press Ok.
- Scroll to Status and press Ok.
- Scroll to General Status and press Ok.
The higher the percentage, the higher the signal strength. The poor DVB-H coverage can cause inadequate signal strength. For this reason, you will experience loss of signal.
We highly recommend that you monitor the signal availability for the Walka and reset the device should the problem persist.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
Kind regards
Dinah
